USCIS Notice of Changes to Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program

USCIS notice that as of 2/17/15, USCIS will being requiring the filing of a Form I-131 and the payment of a filing fee or approval of a fee waiver request from individuals applying under the Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program on behalf of a beneficiary in Cuba. (79 FR 75579, 12/18/14)
