USCIS Proposed Rule on Modernization of EB-5 Program
USCIS proposed rule on modernization of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Major revisions involve priority date retention, increases to the investment amounts, reforming the Targeted Employment Area (TEA) designation process, and changes to the process for removing conditions. Revisions to Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur, are also proposed. Comments are due 4/11/17. (82 FR 4738, 1/13/17)
