USCIS Announces Phased Elimination of Self-Scheduled InfoPass Appointments

USCIS announced that its Information Services Modernization Program, which involves the elimination of self-scheduling InfoPass appointments, will be expanded to the Detroit Field Office and five offices in the Los Angeles District on November 13, 2018, and then to field offices in the Newark, Great Lakes, and San Francisco districts during the first quarter of FY2019. USCIS anticipates expanding the program to all remaining field offices by the end of FY2019 to completely remove self-scheduled InfoPass appointments.
