USCIS Announces Re-Registration Period Now Open for Current TPS Beneficiaries Under Yemen’s Designation

USCIS announced that current beneficiaries of TPS under Yemen’s designation who want to maintain their status through 9/3/21 must re-register between 3/2/20 and 5/1/20. USCIS will issue new EADs with a 9/3/21 expiration date to eligible beneficiaries who timely re-register and apply for an EAD.
