USCIS Contact Center Experiencing “Higher Than Normal” Wait Times

USCIS announced that its Contact Center is experiencing higher than normal wait times for callers to speak to a representative. Representatives are available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (ET), Monday – Friday (excluding federal holidays). USCIS encourages callers to use its online tools.
