USCIS Encourages Employment-Based Visa Green Card Applicants to Respond to RFEs ASAP

USCIS issued an alert that RFEs requesting a valid medical clearance (Form I-693) should be responded to with all requested documents as soon as possible so that it may adjudicate the adjustment application and, if the case is approved, allocate an immigrant visa before October 1, 2023.
