USCIS Clarifies Guidance on Requests for Modifications to the Oath of Allegiance

USCIS clarified that if a naturalization applicant requests oath modification but does not provide oral testimony or evidence, officers should issue a Request for Evidence. Guidance effective 11/19/21, comments due by 12/20/21.
