USCIS Guidance on Ability of J-2 Derivatives to Adjust Based on J-1 Naturalization Under MAVNI

USCIS guidance stating that because a J-1 subject to INA 212(e) who enlists under MAVNI does not have a foreign residence requirement or need a waiver in order to naturalize, the J-2 derivatives are also not required to comply with the foreign residence requirement or obtain a waiver to adjust.
