Updated USCIS Alert: Premium Processing Temporarily Suspended for H-1B Extensions

USCIS updated alert from 5/22/15, stating that starting 5/26/15, USCIS will temporarily suspend premium processing for all H-1B Extension of Stay petitions until 7/27/15. This temporary suspension will allow USCIS to implement the H-4 EAD final rule in a timely manner.
