USCIS Issues Guidance on Discretionary Employment Authorization for Parolees

USCIS announced that it has issued policy guidance to address its discretion to grant employment authorization to foreign nationals paroled into the U.S. The guidance focuses on officers’ discretion to grant authorization only after consideration of all relevant factors on a case-by-case basis.
