USCIS Issues Guidance on Adjustment of Status Policies and Procedures

USCIS policy alert that effective 2/25/16, new guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual was added to provide information on the general policies and procedures for adjustment of status to lawful permanent residence as well as adjustment under section 245(a) of the INA. Comments are due by 3/10/16.
