USCIS Issues Policy Memo on H-2B Workers in Guam

USCIS issued a policy memorandum on the filing and adjudication of H-2B petitions for workers requesting start dates on or after 4/11/18 and before 10/1/23 to perform service or labor associated with the military realignment occurring on Guam under section 1049 of the National Defense Authorization Act for FY2018.
