USCIS Policy Memorandum Provides Updated Guidance on Implementation of the Perez-Olano Settlement

A 6/25/15 USCIS policy memo updates previous guidance on the implementation of the Special Immigrant Juvenile Perez-Olano settlement, in light of the recent agreement between USCIS and the plaintiffs in Perez-Olano v. Holder, No. CV 05-3604 (C.D. Cal.), which took effect on 3/27/15.
