USCIS Memo to DHS Recommending Termination of Haiti’s TPS Designation

USCIS memorandum to DHS recommending that the designation for TPS for Haiti be terminating as it has concluded that the conditions in Haiti no longer support its designation. USCIS recommends that the effective date be delayed until 1/22/18. DOS has not provided any recommendation despite outreach.
