USCIS issued policy guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual to address the general policies and procedures applicable to the adjudication of waivers of inadmissibility. This new guidance in Volume 9 was not previously available through the AFM. Guidance effective 8/23/17. Comments due 9/7/17.
