USCIS Policy Guidance on Assisted Reproductive Technology (Updated 10/31/14)

USCIS update to the USCIS Policy Manual on the use of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), indicating that non-genetic gestational mother who is also the child’s legal mother may be recognized in the same way as genetic legal mothers are treated under the INA. Comments are due by 11/13/14.
