USCIS Policy Guidance on Eligibility Requirements for Regional Centers and Immigrant Investors

USCIS issued policy guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual regarding the eligibility requirements for regional centers and immigrant investors. The Policy Manual guidance is controlling and supersedes any related prior USCIS guidance. Comments are due by 12/14/16. Guidance is effective as of 11/30/16.
