USCIS Updates Policy Guidance on Photographs and Signatures for Form N-600

USCIS stated that, effective March 28, 2022, persons submitting an Application for Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-600) will have their photos taken and signatures collected at their biometrics appointment. USCIS can consider Form N-600 abandoned if applicants don't appear for an ASC appointment.
