USCIS Provides E-mail Address for Reporting Suspected H-1B Fraud or Abuse

USCIS established an email address dedicated to receiving information about suspected H-1B fraud or abuse, including tips and alleged violations. Individuals can also report allegations of employer fraud and abuse to DOL’s Wage and Hour Division or by contacting ICE by completing the HSI Tip Form.
