USCIS Provides I-9 Information for TPS and DED Beneficiaries for Venezuela

Following the designation of Venezuela for TPS and the implementation of DED for Venezuela, USCIS announced that TPS beneficiaries for Venezuela who have applied for an EAD will receive an EAD with a Category Code of A12 or C19. DED-related EADs will have a Category Code of A11 and are acceptable List A documents that establish identity and employment authorization.
