USCIS Provides Guidance on Naturalization for Military Service Members
USCIS provided policy guidance stating that current or former members of the U.S. armed forces who serve honorably during specifically designated periods of hostilities may be eligible to naturalize. The guidance explains filing, fees, and spousal eligibility. Guidance is effective 11/12/21, comments are due by 12/31/21.
