ICYMI: USCIS Provides Updated Policy Guidance on LRIF-Based Applications for Adjustment of Status
USCIS clarified that if applicants don’t have primary evidence of Liberian nationality to support an LRIF application, they can give a written statement explaining attempts to get primary evidence, as well as secondary evidence. The deadline to apply is 12/20/21.
