USCIS Reaches H-2B Cap for First Half for FY2020

USCIS announced that it reached the congressionally mandated cap on H-2B visas for the first half of FY2020. The final receipt date for new cap-subject H-2B petitions requesting an employment start date before 4/1/20 is 11/15/19.
