USCIS Releases Policy Guidance T Nonimmigrant Status

USCIS issued policy guidance on the adjudication of applications for T nonimmigrant status for victims of severe forms of trafficking, including information on eligibility, age-based exemptions, involuntary servitude claims, burdens of proof, adopting Medina Tovar v. Zuchowski, and more. Guidance is effective 10/20/21. Comments are due by 11/22/21.
