USCIS Issues Policy Manual Technical Update Regarding Policies and Procedures for Replacing Permanent Resident Cards

USCIS issued a technical update to its policy manual, clarifying that in circumstances involving the replacement or reissuance of a Permanent Resident Card, an Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (Form I-90) is always required as outlined in form instructions and regulations. This may differ from the general reissuance policy.
