Reminder: USCIS Updates Policy Guidance Requiring COVID-19 Vaccination at Immigration Medical Exams

USCIS released updated policy guidance, effective 10/1/21, which “requires applicants subject to the immigration medical examination to complete the COVID-19 vaccine series.” Evidence of vaccination must be given to the civil surgeon before examination. Form I-693 will reflect this requirement.
