USCIS Updates Policy Manual on Immigrant Investors and Debt Arrangements

USCIS announced the revision of policy guidance in the USCIS Policy Manual in Volume 6 to clarify which redemption agreements are considered debt arrangements. This policy guidance is controlling and supersedes any prior guidance. Comments are due by 11/12/18. Guidance is effective as of 10/30/18.
