DOS posted the April 2020 visa bulletin. In addition to final action dates and dates for filing, it includes notes on the DV category, including on DV category rank cut-offs which will apply in May and on DV availability in the coming months.
Note: On March 17, 2020, USCIS determined that for April 2020, F2A applicants may file using the Final Action Dates chart. Applicants in all other family-sponsored preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart. Applicants in all employment-based preference categories must use the Final Action Dates chart.
