USCIS provided the PowerPoint presentation and Q&As from its August 20, 2021 webinar on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti.

CLINIC noted that USCIS recently inadvertently removed firm resettlement information from the FAQs for TPS for Haitians. The website has now been updated to re-add the appropriate language to Question 26.
