White House Releases Fact Sheet on Executive Order Limiting Federal Employers’ Use of H-1B Visas

The White House released a fact sheet on a new executive order that will require all federal agencies to ensure that only U.S. citizens and nationals are appointed to the competitive service. Per the order, DOL will also finalize guidance to prevent moving H-1B workers to other employers’ job sites.
