Under Secretary Wolf Ratifies Prior Delegable Actions as DHS Acting Secretary

Chad Wolf, Undersecretary for Strategy, Policy, and Plans, issued a memo affirming and ratifying each of his prior delegable actions as DHS Acting Secretary, as limited, certain delegable actions taken by former Acting Secretary Kevin McAleenan, and one delegable action taken by USCIS Deputy Director for Policy Joseph Edlow.
