AAO Adds Citations to Nonprecedent Decisions

The AAO recently adopted a new decision format by adding citations to nonprecedent decisions. The citation uses the initials of the involved party and an individual random ID number that will make each citation unique. Citations will only be added to decisions dated September 1, 2015 and later.
