ACLU Affiliates Sends Letter to Greyhound Buses on Immigration Raids
ACLU affiliates sent a letter to Greyhound, regarding its practice of permitting CBP agents to routinely board its buses and question passengers about their citizenship and immigration status. The letter states that Greyhound has a Fourth Amendment right to deny CBP permission to board and search its buses without a judicial warrant.
