Acting Attorney General Rescinds Zero Tolerance Policy
Acting Attorney General Monty Wilkinson issued a memo rescinding the department’s 2018 policy directive on “Zero Tolerance for Offenses Under 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a).” Wilkinson called the policy “inconsistent with our principles.”
