Attorney General Issues Updates in Matter of A-B-
In Matter of A-B-, which the Attorney General previously referred to himself on 3/7/18, the Attorney General denied DHS’s request that he suspend the briefing schedules and clarify the question presented, and he granted, in part, both parties’ request for an extension of the deadline for submitting briefs in this case. The parties’ briefs shall now be filed by 4/20/18, briefs from interested amici shall now be filed by 4/27/18, and reply briefs from the parties shall now be filed by 5/4/18.
