Amicus Brief to the AAO on NIWs for Specialty Care Physicians

Joint amicus brief filed with the AAO arguing that specialty care physicians are eligible for NIWs if they are working in areas identified by several shortage designations, including the Health Professional Shortage Area, Medically Underserved Area, or Medically Underserved Population.
