AILA Comments on ESTA Travel Promotion Fee

AILA comment written by the AILA/CBP Liaison committee responding to the CBP proposed rule on the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) Travel Promotion Fee and Use of System, which charges applicants $14 for every ESTA. The ESTA fee is effective as of 9/8/10.
