AILA/Council Comments on USCIS Changes to Unlawful Presence Guidance for F, M, and J Nonimmigrants
AILA and the American Immigration Council submitted comments in opposition to the May 10, 2018, USCIS unlawful presence memorandum, explaining that guidance is an unlawful interpretation of the statutory unlawful presence provisions and presents serious fundamental fairness and due process concerns.
