AILA Requests Clarification on Processing Times for Form I-526E Petitions

AILA sent a letter to the Immigrant Investor Program Office of USCIS requesting clarification on the processing times for Form I-526E, Petitions for Rural/TEA projects after reports of expedited processing for certain Form I-526E petitions.
