AILA Submits Comments on Proposed Revisions to Form I-485

AILA submitted comments in response to proposed revisions to Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, and its instructions. AILA raised concerns regarding USCIS’s proposal to reject or deny applications for blank spaces on the form and to require Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, to be submitted at the time of filing Form I-485, among other things.
