AILA Submits Comments to USCIS on Family-Based Conditional Permanent Residents

AILA submitted comments to USCIS on its Policy Manual, Volume 6: Immigrants, Part I, Family-Based Conditional Permanent Residents, Chapters 1, 2, 3 (additions), 4, 5, 6, and 7. AILA applauded the updates and provided recommendations for continued improvements around processing delays and more.
