AILA and Partners Submit Amicus Brief on the Termination of Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP)

AILA and partners submitted an amicus brief in Biden v. Texas arguing that the Biden Administration lawfully terminated the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), and the Fifth Circuit erred in its finding and should reverse the judgment.
