Attorney General Jeff Sessions Delivers Remarks on Sanctuary Jurisdictions

Attorney General Sessions released a statement indicating that DOJ will require jurisdictions seeking or applying for its grants to certify compliance with Section 1373 and will “take all lawful steps to clawback any funds awarded to a jurisdiction that willfully violates Section 1373.”
