CA Department of Justice Issues Bulletin with Guidance to Law Enforcement on SB 54

The California’s Division of Law Enforcement issued a bulletin on the responsibilities of local law enforcement agencies under Senate Bill 54, effective 1/4/18, which defines the parameters under which state and local law enforcement agencies may engage in immigration enforcement-related activities.
