CBP and Kootenai Tribe Agreement to Develop ID Card for Border Crossing

CBP and the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho signed a Memorandum of Agreement to develop an Enhanced Tribal Card, which will establish identity, tribal membership and U.S. citizenship for purposes of border crossing.
