CBP Releases Memo on Canadian Landed Immigrants and EO 13780

CBP released a memo on the “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States” Executive Order, with the criteria for an exemption for Canadian landed immigrants that are citizens of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen with a valid U.S. visa.
