CBP Releases Memo on Discontinuance of Mandatory Verification of SEVIS

CBP issued a memo stating effective immediately, the mandatory requirement to verify the status of all arriving non-immigrant students, such as F, M, J nonimmigrant visa holders, or Canadian students in possession of a Form I-20 in SEVIS has been rescinded.
