CBP Issues Guidance on the Alien Transfer Exit Program

CBP issued a memo on the expansion of the Alien Transfer Exit Program (ATEP) along the Southwest border. ATEP is the first step in the Consequence Delivery System for inadmissible Mexicans encountered at ports of entry with the intent of disrupting efforts of transnational criminal organizations.
