CBP Issues Memo on Guidance for Processing Travelers with “TWIC Letter Received” Annotation on the B-1/B-2 visa

CBP provided redacted guidance for processing business travelers with a direct nexus to maritime operations who hold B-1 or B-1/B-2 visas with the “TWIC Letter Received” annotation. The annotated visas make applicants eligible to apply for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential or TWIC.
