CBP Issues Guidance on Access to the Department of State Diplomatic Clearance Application System (DCAS)

CBP issued guidance on access to the DOS Diplomatic Clearance Application System (DCAS), as CBP access to DCAS allows ports to identify arriving flights and vessels and to verify that DOS has issued a diplomatic clearance number for the aircraft or ship.
